Presentation Information
Oral
A time of 20 minutes will be reserved for oral presentations with an additional 5 minutes for questions. Selected presentations will have an extended time of 25+5 minutes. The authors for these selected presentations will be notified as the schedule is published.
The organisers provide a Windows computer with Microsoft Powerpoint 2007 and Adobe Acrobat X for presenting slide shows.
The slides for the oral presentations should be given to the organisers at the preview room (2nd floor, room AgDelta) at least one session before the scheduled presentation time.
Poster
The poster session is organized on Tuesday September 4th in the main hall of the Agora building. Poster boards with 97x135 cm of space (fits A0 in portrait orientation) will be made available for mounting the posters. The posters should be mounted on Tuesday morning and unmounted by Wednesday morning.
