Accommodation Information
The standard of hotels in Finland is high. Double rooms have either double beds or twin beds and all hotel rooms have a shower or bath. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rates and the hotel restaurants are prepared to accommodate special dietary requests. Most hotels have sauna facilities available to hotel guests free of charge.
The organizer has pre-booked accommodation in the hotels most suitably located to the NIBS 2012 site. Rates negotiated for the workshop will be offered to the symposium participants making reservations in connection with their workshop registration. Limited number of rooms at each hotel are available.

Hotel Alba is located in a beautiful surrounding on shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi on Mattilanniemi Campus of the University of Jyväskylä. The hotel has an a la carte restaurant, a terrace facing towards the lake and well equipped meeting facilities. There is a spacious sauna section on the lakeside of the hotel. The hotel rooms have either view over the lake or to the park area of the campus. The newest section of the hotel was built in 2007 and all rooms have gone through a renovation in the past few years.

Hotel Alexandra

Payment and Cancellation of Accommodation Reservation
The accommodation is to be paid in advance together with the NIBS 2012 fees to the symposium office. Any changes in the reservation or cancellation of the reservation must be notified in writing to the symposium office. If cancellation takes place later than 14 days before the given arrival date there is no refund on the reservation.
